This Friday, Santos Escobar finally gets his chance to become US Champion by defeating mentor and LWO leader Rey Mysterio.The inductee of the WWE Hall of Fame won the Stars and Stripes title after replacing the injured Escobar, who was originally scheduled to face Austin Theory just over a month ago.With outside forces such as Grayson Waller attempting to create a stir, Escobar asked to face Mysterio on the September 15 episode of SmackDown.
The union between Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits might be on shaky ground.Just as the new trio was rolling, The Street Profits lost to U.S. Champion Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar of The LWO.
This enraged The All Mighty, who stormed out in disgust and demanded they hand back their suits that he bought.
