With animosity at an all-time high between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre, Seth “Freakin” Rollins emerged as the third variable in the equation by becoming the Special Guest Referee for the SummerSlam match between The Best in the World and The Scottish Psychopath.
For what is sure to be a vitriol- and venom-filled confrontation, next week the three Superstars will come face-to-face inside the ring as Rollins delivers his Referee Instructions to both Punk and McIntyre.
Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark mean business.
The three have been competing in a number of matches against Lyra Valkyria, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, and now the two groups are going to come together for an epic Six-Woman Tag Team Match.
The next chapter in their nasty, bitter war will be written next week by Xavier Woods and Karrion Kross.
Woods and the leader of The Final Testament have been going toe-to-toe for the past month, and lost his tag team partner Kofi Kingston to the vicious group a few weeks ago.
Woods defeated Kross in the past but came up just short to Kross, Akam and Rezar in a Six-Man Tag Team Match with Otis and Akira Tozawa last week.
Can Woods finally rid himself of his nemesis?
