The NXT Championship is on the line when Carmelo Hayes defends his title against Ilja Dragunov in a rematch of their classic encounter at the NXT Great American Bash.Hayes and The Mad Dragon tore the house down in Austin, Texas and Dragunov had several tough matches against Trik Williams and Wes Lee to get another shot at the NXT main prize.The champion has since embarked on a solo career following an amicable split from Williams, but that hasn’t dented his ego or confidence as he looks forward to defending his title again.

The NXT Women’s Championship will be on the line for No Mercy in Bakersfield, California, when “The Man” Becky Lynch defends her title against the same superstar she took it from: Tiffany Stratton.Stratton drew Lynch’s ire when the then-champion mentioned the name “The Man,” which angered the Raw star enough to challenge him for the title.Lynch then won the title on the September 12 episode of WWE NXT, and Stratton responded the following week by dismantling the champion with a variety of weapons, prompting Lynch to up the ante in the rematch and go to Extreme -Prepare Rules Match!

Judgment Day is upon us at NXT No Mercy and “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio will defend the NXT North American Championship against Trick Williams and Dragon Lee will be the special guest.Mysterio is in great shape after defeating Lee on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, but was dismayed to learn he would also be defending his title at NXT No Mercy. Determined to prove his worth as a singles competitor, Williams asked to take part in the #1 Contenders match between Tyler Bate, Axiom and Lee, but Trick Willy shocked the NXT Universe by winning the match.

Noam Dar will defend the NXT Heritage Cup against the winner of the inaugural NXT Global Heritage Invitational, Butch.Butch returned to NXT to compete in the tournament and represent his home country of England, and he did so with pride, defeating Joe Coffey in the finals.Dar sat back and watched the proceedings before facing the Brawling Brute on the latest episode of NXT, setting the stage for their epic match.

The Family will retain the NXT Tag Team Titles in a fatal 4-way match against The Creed Brothers, Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo and Bronco Nima & Luciano Prize.Tony D’Angelo and Stacks were looking for a worthy opponent and after dinner with all three teams, they decided that Fatal 4-Way was the best and fairest option.

Two of NXT’s best and toughest competitors will face off in a singles match as former NXT Champion Bron Breakker takes on Baron Corbin in a Clash of the Titans.The two Superstars have been feuding for weeks, and after Corbin tried to praise Breakker for his treatment of Von Wagner,Badass pushed him away and hit him with a threatening spear.

After brutally beating Blair Davenport against Gigi Dolin on last week’s NXT episode, Kelani Jordan steps up to power and challenges the brutal British superstar to a one-on-one match.
