In one of the most anticipated main events in NXT history, “The Greatest of All Time,” John Cena will support Carmelo Hayes in his match against Bron Breakker, with The Bloodline’s Paul Heyman at his side.
After losing the NXT Championship to Ilya Dragunov, Hayes meets Breakker, who begs him to follow his path and leave NXT a burning pile of rubble, but Hayes refuses.
The two opponents then agreed to continue their iconic rivalry and face each other in a singles match, with Hayes announcing that Cena would be in his corner while Heyman asked Breakker to be in his corner.
The American Nightmare makes his way to NXT, a place his father, WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes, helped build, to make a special announcement.
Gallus’ attack after Tyler Bate and Butch defeated her caused Ridge Holland to return to NXT to save her, and now all six competitors will face off in a six-man tag team match in the Pub Rules Match!
Roxanne Perez is fed up with the lack of respect shown by other NXT Superstars and wants to prove her tenacity by challenging one of the greatest NXT Women’s Champions of all time, Asuka. People like Elektra Lopez, Lola Vice and most recently Kiana James have been increasingly vocal on Chatter about Perez lacking the killer instinct necessary for success. James then surprised everyone by announcing that Perez would be going one-on-one against the Empress of Tomorrow.
